Went to get a tire patch for nail. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Amazing customer service. As a woman I’m always skeptical of going to fix anything car related because I’ve been charged too much before. But the prices were super reasonable and I felt so comfortable with the staff.

I just have to say WOW, seriously. My father owns auto shops back in Maryland. I moved to Orlando, and every time I have to go to a shop, it’s always something. I know the industry I grew up around it all my life. I came here on a recommendation from a coworker. I was originally going to use Costco due to the warranty and trust you can kind of put in Costco. I am SO happy I did not. Ericka and the team are amazing. I got brand-new Michelin tires and an alignment in just over an hour on a Saturday!!! I was even early for my appointment, and they just took me right away, no questions asked. My car did have some adjustments, but rather than be slammed with a bill of what needs to be done, I was given suggestions and not forced or sold on anything but talked to about them like a human. THIS IS HOW YOU EARN REPEAT BUSINESS! I cannot stress how well this went over here. Do yourself a favor: screw the big guys and come support this family business; it’s honest, fair, and fast. I felt a lot of comfort and confidence here. If I ever need anything else, I will not blink an eye and be right back.

Hello I do not recommend this place. Is hard to trust places since you a not mechanic and they want to charge you for thing you do not even need, so they make more money. Specially if you a woman. My dad is a racing mechanic here in Kissimmee, sadly he does not do alignment at his own shop, but he use too before. He change my tires and told me to find a place to do the alignment. My brother sadly recommended this place. Please go first to a place who does the inspection for alignment for free first. I came to this place to do an alignment for my truck. The lady told me before I came $85 or $100. It depends if it high or low. Told me $100. Waited. Later the guy came in saying he could not do the alignment, because some thing weren't they way they wanted in order to do it. Instead of giving me the option if I still wanted to do it by not replacing those stupid things they said my truck needed. They came with a report telling me things I need to change in order to do the alignment. Don't fall for it, they want to charge you more for work, don't fall for it. I did not do it. SURPRISE Erica says we will have to charge you a FEE for the service. I say what service? you guys did not even

Fluffy provided excellent service during my alignment. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable. The work was done correctly and the vehicle drives as it should. I would confidently recommend him. Affordable prices too!
